Born in Oakland California, I earned a Bachelor's Degree from Oberlin College In Visual Art with a Concentration in Physics and a Master's Degree in Industrial Design at The Rhode Island School of Design. Between completing my undergraduate and starting my masters I gained experience in the fields of product development, education and medical research.
My work reflects a long standing interest in the intersection of art, science, engineering and human behavior. An incessant experimenter, I strive to make tools that allow people to see the unseen and to make accessible that which is currently unattainable. My work spans from prototyping and fabrication to concept development, systems design and strategy.
